Is there an age restriction for this concert?

• MILLAN

  • There is NO minimum age for entry.

  • Minors under 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent or a delegate appointed by the parent. The delegate MUST carry written permission from the parent along with a copy of the parent’s ID card.

  • Age restrictions apply to all tiers.

  • Accompanying adults NEED to purchase tickets to the CIX 4th CONCERT <THUNDER FEVER> IN MILAN.

• BERLIN

  • The minimum age for entry is 6.

  • Minors aged 6 to 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Paper form is REQUIRED if minors are accompanied by a guardian.

  • Minors aged 16 to 18 can enter alone ONLY IF the show and M&G event end before midnight.

  • Adults aged 18 and older can enter without restrictions.

  • Age restrictions apply to all tiers.

  • Accompanying adults NEED to purchase tickets to the CIX 4th CONCERT <THUNDER FEVER> IN BERLIN.

• LONDON

  • The minimum age for entry is 8.

  • Minors under 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult and MUST be seated in Levels 1, 2, or 3.

  • The accompanying adult does NOT need to be a parent or legal guardian.

  • Age restrictions apply to all tiers.

  • Accompanying adults NEED to purchase tickets to the CIX 4th CONCERT <THUNDER FEVER> IN LONDON.

• WARSAW

  • There is NO minimum age for entry.

  • Minors aged 16 to 18 can enter alone and DO NOT need to be accompanied, but MUST provide a legal guardian's statement.

  • Minors under 16 MUST be accompanied by a legal guardian. If the accompanying adult is NOT the legal guardian, a legal statement is REQUIRED.

  • Age restrictions apply to all tiers.

  • Accompanying adults NEED to purchase tickets to the CIX 4th CONCERT <THUNDER FEVER> IN WARSAW, but it does NOT need to be for the same tier.

What are your policies for disabled attendees?
Accessible entry policies may differ by venue. Please reach out to the ticket vendor or venue directly for more clarification. Accessible tickets are reserved solely for fans with disabilities.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed unless the event gets canceled. Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

When and where is the event happening?

The CIX 4th CONCERT <THUNDER FEVER> IN EUROPE will be held at 7:30 PM local time(may vary by city, so please double-check).

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 100-120 minutes.

Please note that all kinds of gifts and food support are prohibited at all concerts.
